The first update to Suzuki's still-new Swift light car has surfaced online, appearing prematurely on the company's Belgian website today.
The relatively subtle updates follow the Swift's 2010 unveiling and will likely come to Australia later this year, although Suzuki's local arm is yet to confirm timing.
Headlining the styling updates are new L-shaped daytime-running lights in the bumper, which has also been given a mild going-over.
The grille has also been subtly updated, although you'll be hard pressed to spot the differences. Rear-end styling, including the bumper and tail-lights, remains unchanged for the 2014 model year.
Full Australian details won't be released for sometime, although the Belgian site specifies no major updates to the Swift's mechanical package.
There's a 69kW/118Nm 1.2 litre petrol engine still mated to a four-speed automatic or a five-speed manual, with fuel consumption listed at 5.0 and 5.6 l/100km respectively.
A five-speed manual 1.3 litre diesel is also listed, with 55kW/190Nm and fuel consumption figures of 3.9 l/100km.
Watch for Australian details to come in the near future.
