With the 6 Series range approaching the end of its model run BMW has given the Coupe, Convertible, and Gran Coupe a quick once-over adding in a selection of luxed-up options for 2017.
Buyers that tick the M Sport option box now have 20-inch bi-colour alloy wheels available to them as well as carbon fibre interior trim strips previously only available on the high-performance M6 flagship.
Sonic Speed Blue metallic paint has also been added to the colour palette (pictured) in a another nod to the M6 range.
Taking inspiration ffrom the 7 Series range, BMW has also created versions of the sporty Design Pure Experience pack with shadowline gloss black exterior trim, cognac and black bi-coloured Nappa leather trim, and Fineline Brown interior finishes or the luxurious Design Pure Excellence pack with bi-colour black and white Nappa leather seats and ‘ceramic’ instrument surrounds.
With a mid-cycle update arriving in 2015, styling of the the 2017 6 series range remains unchanged as does the engine line-up which uses the 235kW/450Nm turbocharged 3.0 itre six-cylinder in the 640i and 330kW/650Nm twin-turbo 4.0 litre V8 in the 650i.
BMW also upgraded the 6 Series’ iDrive infotainment system in November this year with added capabilities and an easier to use interface.
