While the photos show a largely uncovered Insignia OPC, the important bits such as badging and styling detail remain camouflaged for now.
The performance version of the Opel and Vauxhall Insignia sedan ? successor in Europe to the Vectra ? is expected to develop around 221kW (300hp) from its turbo-charged four-cylinder, and an all-wheel-drive platform is likely to help get that power to the asphalt.
No official date for its unveilling has been set, but Opel is likely to reveal the production Insignia OPC at the upcoming Frankfurt Motor Show in September.
