The 'F' in Bentley's EXP 9 F concept could stand for Falcon, according to new reports overseas this week.
The big SUV, unveiled to a less than rapturous response at this year's Geneva Motor Show, is expected to benefit from a major redesign before it launches into showrooms.
Now, according to Automobile magazine, insiders have confirmed the wagon will be known as the Falcon when it takes a second bow in the coming months.
The so-called Falcon will reportedly pick up a makeover at the hands of new Bentley design boss Luc Donckerwolke, previously responsible for the Lamborghini Murcielago and Gallardo supercars.
Reports of a restyle emerged soon after the EXP 9 F made its debut at Geneva, with criticism levelled at the concept’s clockface headlights and chiselled surface treatment.
