Land Rover LRX flies into Melbourne
Land Rover has today announced it will air freight the stunning LRX concept into Australia this month for the upcoming 2008 Melbourne Motor Show.
Only the second concept car in Land Rover's history, the LRX will arrive just weeks after impressing crowds at the Detroit Motor Show.
Land Rover upholds that that LRX is purely a concept, hopefully new owner Tata Motors may see the light and adapt the design as a production model.
Whilst its minimalistic "wheel-at-each-corner" stance would turn heads even in the trendiest of neighbourhoods, full-time four-wheel drive, Hill Descent Control and Land Rover's Terrain Response couple with a turbo-diesel hybrid powertrain ensure the LRX is more than just a showpony.
