Even hotter i30 N revealed
Hyundai is making its first hot hatch even hotter.

Revealed at the Paris motor show today, the Hyundai N Option line is set to include up to 25 individual parts to modify the exterior and interior of the car.
Key among the elements are a host of lightweight carbon fibre body add-ons, such as a rear wing and vented bonnet, while the show car also featured a 20-inch cast alloy wheels fitted with semi-slick tyres and a quad-outlet exhaust system.
Inside the cabin, the show car was equipped with figure-hugging bucket seats, a sportier steering wheel cloaked in Alcantara and a range of carbon fibre trim pieces.

The development of our N vehicles is grounded in Motorsport and our engagement there is the pinnacle of N,” says Thomas Schemera, Executive Vice President High Performance Vehicles & Motorsport Division at Hyundai Motor Group.
“The new i30 N Line and our i30 N ‘N Option’ show car illustrate our dual approach to customisation, making N available to a wider audience.”
It is unclear yet whether all of the N Option package will be offered to Australian customers, but Hyundai's local division is keen to widen the appeal of its i30 N - the only hot hatch of its type with a warranty that covers non-competitive track use - as far as possible.
