Deals of the week: Updated HiLux on sale
Toyotathon, Mazda M-Day and Mitsubishi accessory bargains.
Toyota has updated its HiLux SR and SR5, giving the models the same front end styling treatment as the HiLux Rogue.
Tweaked with a new grille and front bumper originally developed for the high-end Rogue, the SR and SR5 wear a bold new grille that separates them from the cheaper Workmate.
The change opens up a revised range of accessories for the most popular HiLux models, including black reinforced steel front and rear bumpers, along with black 18-inch wheels similar to what you’ll find on the HiLux Rugged.
Toyota’s updated HiLux is available as part of the Toyotathon sale event, with SR5 auto models listed for $54,990 drive-away before a $1000 bonus is taken into account. The $1000 bonus is also available in the soon-to-be updated Toyota RAV4 as well as the seven-seat Kluger family SUV. Superseded Corolla models get free registration, CTP, stamp duty and dealer delivery, while other models such as the Yaris and C-HR benefit from drive-away pricing and a $500 bonus.
Mazda M Day
The annual Mazda M Day sale is on this Saturday August 11, bringing discounts across the board.
Customers choosing models such as the Mazda3, CX-8 (pictured) and BT-50 benefit from three years of free servicing, three years of roadside assistance and a $500 accessories pack.
Mazda’s recently-updated five-year, unlimited-kilometre warranty applies to all vehicles in the one-day sale.
Mitsubishi accessories
Customers looking for a deal on off-road machinery this weekend can get hold of a Mitsubishi Triton before Sunday, August 12.
Mitsubishi is offering $1500 in free accessories until then for Triton, Pajero and Pajero Sport models, including the Triton Blackline (pictured) which is on sale from $45,990 drive-away.
The deals include drive-away pricing and a five-year, unlimited kilometre warranty on all applicable models.
