Alfa Romeo 4C Competizione pricing and specs
Alfa Romeo Australia has confirmed a limited allocation of 4C Competizione sports cars will be headed Down Under, featuring a number of enhancements over its 'standard' counterpart.
Priced from $119,900 plus on-road costs, the special-edition 4C is limited to just 10 units in Australia and commands a $30,000 premium over the regular 4C coupe.
For the extra spend, you get goodies like a bi-modal Akrapovic titanium exhaust with carbon-fibre tailpipe surround, revised suspension, Pirelli racing tyres, Vesuvio matte grey exterior paint, 18-inch front and 19-inch rear five-hold dark alloy wheels, red brake calipers, an exposed carbon-fibre roof, carbon-fibre side intakes, mirrors and rear spoiler, along with a special bonnet and roof livery.
Inside, there's black leather/microfibre sports seats with contrasting red stitching, a sports steering wheel trimmed in leather/microfibre with red stitching, an aluminium dashboard insert with 4C Competizione logo, an Alpine premium sound system with subwoofer, along with a numbered limited edition plaque.
Power in the 4C comes from a 1.75-litre turbocharged petrol engine making 177kW at 6000rpm and 350Nm between 2200 and 4250rpm. Alfa Romeo claims a 4.5-second 0-100 sprint time, and a top speed of 258km/h.
It's been a year an a half since Alfa Romeo debuted the 4C Competizione at the 2018 Geneva motor show, with global production capped at 108 units to commemorate the marque's 108-year history.
The 4C Competizione is on sale now.
