2011 Suzuki SX4 update on sale in Australia
The 2011 Suzuki SX4 has been upgraded for Australia with revised exterior styling and a lower price across the range.
Suzuki Australia has cut $1500 from the price of all models, making the entry-level Suzuki SX4 Hatch manual just $18,990 and the range-topping Suzuki SX4 Hatch S AWD CVT $26,190 before on-road costs.
Front-wheel drive SX4 models now share the AWD model’s rugged exterior appearance, with grey plastic wheel arches, underbody protectors, and roof rails now standard across the range.
The entry-level models come with manual air conditioning, eight-speaker CD player with AUX plug, power windows and mirrors and 16-inch steel wheels.
For $3000, the top-spec S models add keyless start, cruise control, digital climate control, fog lamps, leather-wrapped steering wheel, roof spoiler, alloy wheels and a nine-speaker premium audio system.
The updated SX4 is powered by the same 2.0-litre petrol engine, producing 112kW of power and 190Nm of torque. Transmission options include a six-speed manual gearbox and a continuously variable transmission with paddle shifters. Combined cycle fuel consumption ranges from 7.3-8.0 litres/100km depending on the model.
The standard four-star safety package includes six airbags and electronic stability control across the range.
