Beirut-based W Motors has announced two new sports cars, the Hyper Sport and Super Sport. Revealed here, the Hyper Sport is the nascent carmaker's first production car.
The twin-turbo V6 is said to produce around 550kW, and accounts for a claimed sprint to 100km/h in just 2.8 seconds before running out of puff at 387km/h.
If the Hyper's Aventador-rivalling figures sound appealing, you'll need to be quick: just five will roll through W's doors.
W is chasing a very, very wealthy market - the car will sport diamond-encrusted LED headlights and tail-lights, a gold-plated bonnet and a carbon-fibre chassis.
The press release accompanying the unveiling of the car also promises "a fully functional holographic display with interactive motion" - which sounds intriguing, although details are limited.
Austria's Magna-Steyr and German engineering firm RUF Automobile have been drafted in to ensure the car goes, stops and stays together.
W Motors is the brainchild of Ralph Debbas, who founded the apparently now-defunct WDI group, where he was listed as the Executive Head of Design.
