Volvo’s XC90 SUV is set to welcome a new flagship model at the Shanghai Auto Show, with one of its primary features satisfying China’s love affair with rear leg room.
Dubbed ‘Excellence’, this XC90 is described by the Swedish carmaker as the most luxurious vehicle ever built in the company’s 88-year history.
As such, the back seat is where most of the luxury can be found, with a two-seat arrangement and all the trimmings.
That brings the XC90’s usual seating capacity down from seven to four, with much of the extra space from the three deleted seats devoted to the two remaining passengers rear of the B-pillar.
