Toyota Australia has announced a new limited edition version of its Rukus small car, the Rukus Halo LE.
The new model is based on the Rukus 'Build 1' specification built at Toyota's assembly plant in Aichi, Japan.
The Halo LE adds a tilt-and-slide moonroof and a reversing camera, along with blue front and rear interior footwell illumination, lighting up on entry and exit.
The limited edition model is available in the exclusive 'Voodoo Blue' paint scheme, fitted inside with dark grey fabric seat and door trim.
As with the regular Rukus Build 1, the Halo LE is powered by a 2.4 litre VVT-i petrol engine producing 123kW and 224Nm of torque, paired to a sequential-shift four-speed automatic transmission.
Standard features include a six-speaker audio system, multi-information display, air-conditioning, power windows, alloy wheels, tinted glass, cruise control, smart entry and smart start.
Safety features fitted as standard across the Rukus range include six SRS airbags, vehicle stability control, traction control, ABS, electronic brakeforce distribution and Brake Assist.
The Rukus Halo LE is priced at $27,990 RRP.
