Dubbed the 86 Blackline, the limited edition is based in the up-spec 86 GTS and features TRD designed front, side, and rear skirts, a three-piece low-line rear spoiler, front fender blades, gloss black 17-inch alloy wheels, and a gloss black decal kit.
Inside the cabin, red trim-highlights are splashed across the steering wheel, gear knob, handbrake, door grips, and seats.
While the looks have scored an upgrade, performance remains the same as the standard 86 GTS, with no changes made to the car’s 147kW/205Nm 2.0 litre boxer four-cylinder engine, or handling package.
Numbers are capped at 450, with 250 manuals priced from $37,990 and 200 automatics priced at $40,490 - a price bump of $2000 compared with the standard 86 GTS.
GTS standard features such as 6.1-inch touchscreen satellite navigation, reverse camera, dual-zone climate control, keyless start, aluminium sports pedals, and Alcantara-trimmed seats are all still part of the package.
Exterior colour choice is limited to Liquid White only.
