Tickford Reveals First Ford Mustang Power-Ups

The revived Tickford performance hot-shop has revealed its first take on the iconic Ford Mustang with a pair of power upgrade packages to boost power and torque from Ford’s iconic pony car.

Buyers of the Mustang EcoBoost can opt for the 270 Power Pack, which lifts engine outputs by 37kW and an impressive 108Nm for a total of 270kW and a V8-rivalling 540Nm - 10Nm more than the standard V8 Mustang.

“The Mustang EcoBoost is becoming a popular choice and our equivalent 270 Power Pack powertrain package will give owners a significant uplift in overall vehicle performance,” Tickford’s director of performance parts, Tony Harris said

“We believe it will also attract customers to the EcoBoost variant who like the idea of a smaller capacity and more efficient engine, but have been waiting for a performance boost.
