Suzuki Teases iK-2, iM-4 Concepts Ahead Of Geneva: New Jimny?

Suzuki will unveil a pair of new concepts at next month’s Geneva Motor Show, with one described by the Japanese carmaker as “an iconic 4x4”.

Called the iM-4 concept, the model is described as “an all-new proposal from Suzuki, packed with its compact 4x4 DNA and new technologies.

Styling is said to be “distinctive”, following a theme called “Shape the Inspiration”.

Suzuki fans are buzzing at the news, which hints at a preview for the next-generation Jimny off-roader.

If the shadowy teaser is anything to go by, the Jimny’s new look will be a radical departure from the relatively simple ‘boxy’ styling it currently carries.   

The Jimny recently made its return to the Australian market following a forced stint on the sideline due a lack of standard electronic stability control (ESC).
