Suzuki is preparing to unveil the production version of its sleek S-Cross SUV concept, unveiled at last year's Paris Motor Show.
As expected, the crossover concept will make the leap to production with few changes, introducing taller headlights and a restyled grille with swooping louvres.
Suzuki is keeping mum on the finer details, although it is expected that the new model will slot in between the company's existing crossover and SUV options.
In concept form, the S-Cross measures 4310mm long, making it 160mm longer than the current SX4 hatch - and 160mm shorter than the five-door Grand Vitara.
With the SX4 introduced in 2006 and the Grand Vitara in 2005, both cars are also due for replacement.
Both models have scored updates in the past 12 months, but as brand-new models begin to fill out rival line-ups, the Suzuki SUVs are beginning to show their age.
For now, we wait for Suzuki to reveal its hand at next month's Geneva Motor Show.
