Subaru To Display Next-Gen Impreza Concept and XV Successor At Tokyo

Subaru will premiere its Impreza Five-door Concept at the Tokyo Motor Show at the end of this month, previewing the next generation of the Japanese automaker's all-wheel drive small hatch.

A pair of teaser sketches show the new Impreza concept will wear more adventurous sheetmetal than the current-generation Impreza hatch, with a front fascia inspired by the sportier Levorg and WRX. 

Viewed from the rear three-quarters, the Impreza concept's aggressively-pumped fenders are evident. It appears Subaru is finally re-embracing its rally heritage and adopting sporty stying cues for its grocery-getters once more.
