We've just seen Subaru's concept for its upcoming Impreza hatch replacement at the recent Tokyo Motor Show, and now the Japanese automaker has confirmed an LA Auto Show debut for its sedan counterpart.
More details will come next week, but for now Subaru has revealed a shadowy teaser of the small sedan concept's profile.
Predictably, there's a lot of crossover between this concept and the hatchback concept from Tokyo. The side sheetmetal surfacing appears identical, as do the headlamps - or at least, the LED daytime running lamp graphics.
And like the Tokyo hatch concept, the sedan concept will emphasise its wheel wells with pumped-up fenders, giving it a much sportier stance than the current-generation Impreza sedan.
The overall silhouette will be similar though, with a long bonnet and short bootlid.
The LA Auto Show opens to the media on November 18, with Subaru's press conference scheduled for 2.35pm PST (9.35 AEDT). Expect to hear more about Subaru's new small car concept then.
