Remember Spyker? The Dutch boutique sports car maker has been busy preparing its next generation of high-end performance cars, and this week rolled out its latest forward-looking concept, the B6 Venator Spyder, at Pebble Beach.
Essentially a de-roofed version of the B6 Venator Concept that was unveilled in March this year, the Venator Spyder is built around the same aluminium chassis and wears carbon fibre body panels to keep weight down to 1400kg - just a few kilos heavier than the hard top.
The B6 Venator Spyder will also share its mid-mounted 3.5 litre V6 engine with the B6 Venator coupe, and in concept form is equipped with a six-speed automatic.
