Skoda has announced the addition of Bluetooth across the brand's 2012 line-up.

With Bluetooth fitted as standard, all Skoda models now offer streaming audio, mobile phone calling and phone number display.

“Our Škoda range of vehicles already comes standard with a comprehensive safety package and clever ŠKODA features," Skoda Australia boss Matthew Wiesner said.

"Now, with the addition of Bluetooth® phone connectivity, our ŠKODA range offers an affordable and competitive convenience package as well."

Also on the radar for Skoda is the launch this month of the small Yeti crossover, priced from $28,690 for the entry 1.2 litre petrol Yeti.

In August, Skoda announced availability of the Superb 103 TDI, a new entry-level offering in the company's large car range.

Volkswagen's four-cylinder 2.0 litre diesel engine drives the new Superb 103 TDI, taking on Australia's large sedan market with a $38,990 starting price for the Ambition sedan - the same price as the petrol-powered 118 TSI.

The future looks bright for Skoda: the arrival of the Yeti and a more affordable offering in the Superb range will flesh out the current line-up, while this week's MissionL Concept offers a look at what lies ahead for the Czech brand.
