Rolls-Royce’s “most powerful model” will head to Australia late this year, according to the company’s Asia-Pacific arm.

The Wraith is a two-door fastback, based on the company’s smaller model, the Ghost. Packing a 6.6-litre twin-turbo V12, the Wraith’s power has been upped to 465kW and 800Nm.

Backed by a ZF eight-speed auto, it’ll sprint to 100km/h in just 4.6 seconds, and has had extensive suspension tuning to make it the most sporting Rolls on offer.

Meanwhile, Dan Balmer, General Manager of Rolls-Royce Asia Pacific, says the British luxury marque is close to announcing a decision on who will be awarded the company’s Western Australian dealership.

“While I can’t reveal who it is at this stage, we’ve made our recommendation and all the information is being reviewed by Goodwood,” said Mr Balmer.

Rolls-Royce’s expansion into WA will be closely followed by a dealership based in Queensland.
