A new speculative rendering of Audi’s next-generation TT RS has surfaced online this week, potentially previewing the new hero.

Crafted by independent designer Hansson, this rendering builds on the look of the new TT coupe while borrowing cues from Audi’s latest concepts.

Key among those tweaks is the new A3 Clubsport Quattro concept’s front bumper, which sees a broad carbon-fibre panel extending across the face and up into the large corner intakes.

The sedan concept’s deepened and mesh-covered grille also dominates the face of this would-be TT RS coupe - although that’s a feature that has also appeared on other recent Audi concepts.

The new TT made its global debut at March’s Geneva Motor Show, appearing in regular and performance ‘S’ trim - but the new TT RS likely won’t appear for another couple of years yet.

Still, Audi has potentially given fans a preview of the new RS model already, with the new TT joined in Geneva by a special TT Quattro Sport concept.

Sporting a more familiar front bumper design, the TT Quattro Sport concept is also noteably more powerful than the current TT RS.

Even in TT RS Plus form, the current generation performer produces ‘a mere’ 265kW, while March’s powered-up concept offers a more impressive 309kW.
