Renault To Introduce Hybrid Models By 2020: Report

Renault is reportedly preparing to move away from an all-electric approach to green cars, by launching a hybrid model before 2020.

The French carmaker is understood to be considering both a ‘traditional’ petrol-electric hybrid, along with a plug-in hybrid.

Speaking with French newspaper Les Echos, Renault Powertrain Director, Marc Bodin, reportedly said the carmaker was in the research stages for a future hybrid project.
