Renault Rolls Out Cargo Version Of Twizy City Car For Europe

How tiny can a cargo van get before it's better described as a shopping trolley? Not much smaller than Renault's new electric Twizy Cargo, we suspect. 

Based on the quirky-cool Twizy city car available in Europe, the Cargo does away with the commuter's single rear seat to create a compact storage area. 

Compact is exactly what it is, too, with just 180 litres of space available and a maximum payload of only 75kg. So... just who is the Twizy Cargo supposed to appeal to?
