Ford is recalling its FG Series II Falcon sedan and utility models, along with SZ Territory SUVs, built between November 2013 and October 2014.

A total of 17,875 cars are included in the recall, which was triggered by a potential problem with the ignition switch electrical connector.

The connector may disengage while driving, causing the engine to stall and electrical functions to be lost. At this point, it won’t be possible to restart the vehicle.

Honda’s airbag woes continue, the carmaker being one of the hardest hit by the ongoing Takata saga.

Now the carmaker is recalling various Accord, CR-V, Civic and Jazz models in Australia, due to a potential problem with the propellant wafers contained within the passenger side front airbag inflator.
