Land Wind X7 SUV Evokes Images Of British Luxury, Chinese Court Unfazed

Here's a game we can play: Spot The Difference. At top, Land Rover's small Range Rover Evoque. At the bottom, Chinese carmaker Land Wind's new X7 SUV.

Wait, it might be the other way around... hard to tell. 

Perhaps we're the only ones struggling to tell these two stylish SUVs apart. Well, us and Land Rover, because the British carmaker has made its displeasure known to Land Wind and the Chinese authorities. 

But, despite Land Rover’s objections, Chinese authorities have reportedly declared that the X7 differs enough from the Evoque that Land Wind can continue selling it in China.

Isn't that a surprise!
