It won't say what, but Porsche has this week confirmed it will unveil an all-new model at January's Detroit Auto Show.
The news follows comments made last week by Porsche's Hans-gerd Bode, promising "something spectacular" at the company's stand at Detroit.
Just last month, the German sports and luxury carmaker announced it would unveil a new model at the LA Auto Show - an announcement that resulted in the release of the lightweight Cayman R.
As for what Porsche has in store for its fans at Detroit, there are more than a few possibilities.
Whether January's unveiling is connected to any of those models remains to be seen. It is likely too early for a production-ready launch of either, although a near-complete concept would not be out of the question.
Porsche has also been spied testing its next-generation 911 models, and a Detroit debut for the new range is a strong chance.
