Peugeot Confirms New RCZ: Report

Peugeot has confirmed it will build a new second-generation RCZ coupe, according to a report this week with Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf.

Revealed as a concept in 2007, the 308-based coupe made its market debut in 2010. A facelifted version has since appeared, followed by a new hero ‘RCZ R’ model.

In an interview with the paper this week, Peugeot brand boss Maxime Picat said that the RCZ is crucial to the brand’s image as it pushes toward a more premium market position.
