PSA Peugeot Citroen Australia, via local distributor Sime Darby, has re-issued recalls from last year and 2014 for four models.

The move is an attempt to ensure no vehicles are missed by the program, with some targets falling short from when the recalls were first announced.

For Peugeot, three models are included in the re-recall: the 2008 and 4007 SUVs along with the 308 small car.

The 2008 was recalled in December 2014 for a park-brake adjustment, with affected models built between July 2013 and September 2014. Around 550 vehicles from the original recall are yet to be serviced.

The 4007 was recalled for a potential electrical problem with the built-in systems interface (BSI), targeting vehicles built between September 2009 and July 2010. Of the 600-odd vehicles initially recalled, around 100 still require attention.
