Opel Adam Debuts In Paris

Opel's retro-tastic Adam makes its world premiere at this week's Paris Motor Show, giving the brand a stylish new model beneath the Corsa light hatch.

You won't see the Adam in Australia - at least, not in the foreseeable future - but the perky little city-car likely offers a look at what to expect from future models. 

Among the little hatch's retro themes are a pair of high-set headlights and a 'floating roof' design which, like the MINI Cooper, can be customised to suit your tastes.

Opel describes the Adam's unique look as a fresh and bold style for "open-minded buyers who want to defy convention".

The Adam isn't without the usual array of modern technologies though, including LED daytime headlights and a heated steering wheel - both firsts in the city-car segment, Opel says - and an advanced new infotainment system.
