Nissan is serious about making autonomous driving aids available to the masses, and as such has unveiled its second ProPilot-equipped semi-autonomous vehicle in Japan with the updated X-Trail.

Joining the Japanese-market Serena minivan, the X-Trail adds a cruise control system that is capable of maintaining a safe following distance, bringing the car to a complete stop, and maintaining the vehicle’s lane position without the need for driver assistance.
