Nissan has released its second new video teaser of a sedan concept that it will reveal at next week's Beijing Auto Show.

Building on the look of its Resonance, Friend Me and Sport Sedan concepts, the new show car will reveal a more evolved look at Nissan’s next-generation styling.

Little has been revealed for now, although it is clear from these teasers that we can expect the same bold grille and hooked headlights look worn by the brand’s latest concepts.

Nissan design director Mamoru Aoki says the new concept’s design was developed by the company’s Chinese and Japanese studios, under the guidance of styling boss Shiro Nakamura.

Nissan VP Andy Palmer has already confirmed a production future for the Sport Sedan concept, which suggests this latest concept coupe be the next step in the sedan’s move to showrooms.

When the new sedan does come to market, expect it to enter as a replacement for the US-market Maxima - and possibly even as a replacement for the still-new Altima in Australia.
