DeltaWing has unveiled a rendered road-going version of its race car, as the company looks to use the unique shape to build a road car.

Nissan and DeltaWing teamed up in 2012 to enter the racing version in the Le Mans 24-Hour, with power coming from Nissan’s 1.6 litre turbocharged engine.

While an engine supplier is still being sought for a future road-going version, fans of the DeltaWing’s futuristic styling may soon be able to purchase one for their everyday commute; in the US at least.
