2016 Renault Koleos Spotted Testing

Renault's all-new replacement for the seven year-old Koleos has been spied while out testing, wearing full (albeit shrouded in camouflage) bodywork.

Renault's now-familiar winged grille is a prominent feature of the new design, and echoes the front-end treament of the upcoming Captur compact SUV.

LED daytime running lamps will also ring each headlamp, but other details are hard to discern.

What's almost certain though, is that the Koleos' replacement will be based on the same chassis used by corporate cousin Nissan for its Qashqai small SUV, which will likely see the new Koleos shrink in size.
