New Golf And Boxster Declared 2013 World Cars Of The Year

The Volkswagen family has scooped the pool in the top tier of this year's World Car of the Year awards, with the new Golf and Porsche Boxster/Cayman models stealing the show. 

For the Golf, the new title follows not only its win in March's European Car of the Year awards, but also the victory for its direct predecessor in 2009.

Victory in the World Performance Car of the Year category also comes to the Boxster and Cayman some seven years since the first Cayman took the prize in 2006.
