Mitsubishi To Introduce New Medium SUV At Geneva

The European media is already counting-down to the Geneva Motor Show in March with expectations Mitsubishi will unveil an all-new medium SUV.

Predictions are this vehicle will tackle the Nissan Qashqai which is a big-seller in Europe. Size-wise that would put the as-yet un-named newcomer between the current ASX and Outlander ranges.

Britain’s Autocar reckons the Mitsubishi XR-PHEV concept vehicle - shown initially at Geneva in 2013 and in updated form as the XR-PHEV II (pictured) in 2015 - provides the best pointer to likely styling.
