The sole teaser shot released so far doesn’t give much away. Mitsubishi describes a mid-grey livery externally but we can also see that both vehicles score upgraded alloy wheels with orange accents, as well as orange spalshes applied to the mirrors, top tabs of the wheel arches, front bumper, side sills and roof of the ASX.
The ASX also features the updated front styling already seen in the North American market, but not due to make its way to Australia (and Europe) until later this year.
The Triton also adds what appears to be a unique front bumper treatment, a de-chromed front grille, and unique side steps. A roof carrier system completes the look for both models.
Mitsubishi will also show the eX Concept electric SUV which debuted at the 2015 Tokyo Motor Show, a production version of which is slated for the future to slot in between the next-generation ASX and Outlander.
