British-Chinese automaker MG Motor, part of the SAIC group, has revealed its first sports car concept since the brand was re-formed in 2006 to be officially unveiled as part of the Shanghai Auto Show.

Drawing on the MG brand’s long-reaching history of building evocative sports cars, the last of which was the mid-engined TF roadster, the E-Motion’s preview images reveal a cohesive and convincing two-door, four-seat coupe.
