Mercedes-Benz has begun dropping breadcrumbs in the lead up to this week's LA Auto Show, where it will reveal its most luxurious convertible ever, the Mercedes-Maybach interpretation of the S-Class Cabriolet.
Though the standard S-Class convertible is already opulent, the Mercedes-Maybach S 650 will go even further, with a plush interior and unique Maybach styling touches including unique wheels, additional chrome trim up front, and a unique chrome-plated mesh grille.
Unlike the Mercedes-Maybach sedan range, which is available as a ‘regular’ model with an open-ended production run, the Maybach S 650 teaser video shows a “1 of 300” embossing in the car’s centre console trim, indicating that the S 650 will be offered in purely limited numbers.
