As the latest in a series of teaser videos, these clips see AMG executives and engineers outline the new coupe's highlights and the development journey up to now.
"This is what you get when a company unleashes its creative and engineering forces to combine the absolute best of all it has done into a single, monumental, unwavering engineering achievement," AMG says.
It is clear from these clips and our earlier photos that the new AMG GT will adopt a more traditional coupe profile, with a long bonnet and a sweeping roofline.
Long high-set tail-lights can be seen at the rear, flanked by dual exhaust tips and a short lip spoiler on the boot lid.
These latest video clips also follow a set of teaser images for the new coupe's cabin, offering a first look at the latest evolution of the company's interior styling.
The cabin of the new model builds on the look of the outgoing SLS AMG, introducing a more bespoke appearance with contrasting trim, aluminium accents and piano black highlights.
A large COMAND display is perched above familiar circular vents and a broad centre console dominated by large dials and the infotainment control interface.
As for the rest of the new coupe, little else has been revealed at this early stage and AMG has done little to hose down speculation of the model’s power, position and price.
For now, we know that the GT will be powered by a brand-new 4.0 litre turbocharged V8, revealed back in June and detailed again a month later.
The compact V8 will deliver 375kW and 650Nm in its most basic form, although we can likely expect meaner versions to appear over time in special-edition models.

The AMG GT will make its global debut on September 9. Stay tuned to TMR for all the details.
