Mercedes-AMG has pulled the covers from its S 65 Cabriolet, joining the S 65 sedan and Coupe at the top of the AMG S-Class range.
Three months has passed since the regular S-Class Cabriolet was unveiled, and the S 65 version brings much of the same performance as the AMG S-Class Coupe.
Power comes from a 6.0 litre bi-turbo V12 engine producing 463kW and a stump-pulling 1000Nm, matched with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
The transmission features three driving modes - Sport, Manual or ‘Controlled Efficiency’ - with the latter mode also featuring a stop-start system.
