Mazda Australia has confirmed today that its all-new 2012 BT-50 pickup will launch with a full range of locally-produced accessories, including a crash-tested and airbag-compatible bull bar.
Previewed at this year's Australian International Motor Show, the bull bar will be available in polished aluminium and powder-coated black steel.
Mazda says both bars have been subjected to over 2000 hours of salt-spray, equalling around 50 years of average customer usage.
Other options will include mounting points for LightForce driving lights and an antenna for a UHF radio, along with a number of air intake and powertrain cooling accessories.
The options list will be rounded out by a sports bar, a nudge bar and side steps, all available from launch later this year.
