London To Clamp Down On Hoon Supercar Owners

In news that will hardly come as a shock to Australian motorists, London’s Chelsea and Kensington councils are looking at ways to reduce the anti-social behaviour of supercar owners in the area.

Similar to Australia’s own anti-hoon legislation (which varies slightly from state to state) the proposal would see certain driving behaviors banned.
