Lexus has announced the hybrid flagship of its all-new LC high-end coupe range will make its first public appearance at the Geneva Motor Show next month, just two months after the debut of the tasty LC 500 at the Detroit Auto Show.

Dubbed the Lexus LC 500h, the hybrid partner to the LC 500 bears no substantial external differences besides a blue hue to its badges and some extra hybrid badges at the rear of the side skirts.

We don't know what will power it though - those details will have to wait until March 1 when the doors to the Geneva show open.

Could it be an electron-boosted version of the LC 500's 351kW/530Nm 5.0 litre V8? Or perhaps a hybrid V6 like the LF-LC show car that preceded it? We can't say for certain.
