Lamborghini has whipped the covers off the Huracan GT3, a RWD version of the Huracan supercar that’s fully compliant with FIA GT3 regulations straight out of the box.
Though the front driveshafts have been removed, the Huracan's 5.2-liter V10 remains in place - albeit in a different state of tune to the road car’s 448kW/560Nm output.
Lamborghini doesn’t actually mention exactly how much the Huracan GT3 makes, but with regulations stating that power must range between 500hp and 600hp (373kW and 447kW), we can safely assume it’s no more powerful than the road car.
A Bosch Motorsport ECU controls the engine, traction control, ABS and six-speed sequential gearbox, which features a traditional clutch and is completely different to the road car’s automated manual.
