Lamborghini Aventador SV Roadster Confirmed – $916k In Australia

Lamborghini has confirmed a new topless version of its Aventador Superveloce is in the pipeline, joining the hardtop unveiled earlier this year.

Officially dubbed the Lamborghini Aventador LP750-4 Superveloce Roadster, the new model will be even more exclusive than the hardtop (pictured, above and below) with production limited to 500 units.

That’s 100 cars less than the SV hardtop, which will see 600 units built over its production run. All units have been allocated, and deliveries have already begun.

Clearly Lamborghini had little trouble finding 600 buyers willing to part with the SV hardtop’s asking price, which was an eye-watering $882,650 in Australia.

Pricing for the roadster is even closer to AU$1 million - starting at $916,150 plus on-road costs. The order book is now open in all Lamborghini dealers worldwide.
