Jeep has unveiled no less than seven new concepts ahead of its 49th Easter Jeep Safari, designed to showcase Mopar options and Jeep Performance Parts available to enthusiasts.

The model count for the flock of concepts is as follows: one concept each based on Jeep’s Cherokee and Grand Cherokee, one for the new Renegade model and four Wrangler-based concepts.

While competition is strong among the seven concepts for the eyes of Jeep enthusiasts, the Jeep Chief concept (pictured, top of page) in its striking aqua paint finish arguably stands out above the rest.

Although based on the Jeep Wrangler, the Chief is designed as a tribute to the original, full-sized Jeep Cherokee “with a nod to the west coast (USA) surfer lifestyle”.

The Jeep Staff Car (below) also uses the Wrangler as its base, but strips-out almost all non-essential items, reflecting Jeep’s military service vehicles.
