Jaguar F-TYPE Project 7 Confirmed For Production

Jaguar has confirmed it will hurl its powerful F-TYPE Project 7 roadster into production, just hours after confirming plans to reveal a new Special Operations model at this week’s Goodwood Festival of Speed.

It was that same festival that first hosted the Project 7’s concept unveiling last year, where the carmaker hinted that if put into production, it would be the most powerful Jaguar money could buy.

It will take a lot of dollars (Jaguar isn’t saying how many), but buyers will have little reason to be disappointed at the spend. There will be only 250 built, and output will be even greater than in concept form.
