Here's a thought you couldn't possibly have arrived at on your own: a hard-top version of Jaguar's new F-Type roadster could soon make its way into the big cat's line-up.
Speaking with US site Motor Authority at this week's Paris Motor Show, unnamed Jaguar officials reportedly described the idea of an F-Type coupe as "a logical addition" to the range.
Exactly what we can expect for the look of a coupe requires no imagination stretching: look at the C-X16 concept that gave us our first look at what would eventually become the roadster we know now.
For now, fans will have to make-do with their hair-do waving in the wind (or wear a hat, put the roof up... - Ed), with Jaguar opting for a lifestyle-first approach to rebooting its range.
That's not likely to present a problem however, with Jaguar vice president David Pryor confirming more than 20,000 expressions of interest since the F-Type's official unveiling.
