Mr de Nysschen announced this week that his new home will be at Cadillac in the US, beginning as Executive Vice President from August 1.
de Nysschen said he was impressed by the “new” GM, and that he was looking forward to his new role.

“The recognition of the brand is immense, and the progress on the fundamental product front is widely acclaimed.”
“I am delighted at the opportunity to join the GM executive team to lead the Cadillac business, and I look forward to working with my Cadillac colleagues and our global retail partners.”
de Nysschen replaces former Cadillac boss Bob Ferguson, who has returned to his previous role as Chief Government Lobbyist.
Infiniti is yet to announce a new head, however Infiniti Chairman and Nissan Vice President, Andy Palmer, will take the reins for the time being.
